Arrival, Grounding, Release: a listening arc for anxiety

Anxiety often feels like too much signal — racing thoughts, tight chest, inability to settle. Passive playlists rarely help because they do not meet you where you are.

Mirrora's music therapy arc is designed as a progression:

Arrival

Acknowledge what is present without fixing it. Tracks match your check-in mood — you are not asked to feel different yet.

Grounding

Steady, regulating sound supports breath and nervous-system settling. Duration and distress level shape how long this stage runs.

Release (when included)

When your intent supports it, music with a little more movement allows emotional processing without forcing catharsis.

Deep flow

Integration and closure — calmer baselines, space to notice what shifted.

Sensitive mode

If you flag high distress or need a gentler pace, Mirrora may shorten the arc or skip Release entirely. You stay in control.
